Mac Haik Ford is hiring a Make Ready / Car Washer to prepare vehicles for delivery. You will detail and wash new and used cars, vacuum interiors, and ensure all essentials are ready for customer handoff.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timeliness, including checking fluids, applying decals, and verifying options. Candidates should have a driver’s license and be able to pass pre-employment screening; we offer benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive detailing preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license and acceptable driving record.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
• Authorization to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Detail vehicles by washing exterior and vacuuming interiors.
• Perform interior and exterior cleaning and stain removal as needed.
• Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors thoroughly.
• Verify accessories and options are functional, install if needed.
• Remove shipping materials and set basic vehicle readings.
• Apply Mac Haik decals and check fluids.
• Test drive and deliver vehicle packet; meet CSI goals.
• Follow safety protocols and report issues.
