Job summary

Bergstrom GM of Oshkosh is seeking a Detail Technician to thoroughly clean and polish vehicles, inspect for issues, and ensure top presentation before delivery or sale. You will maintain equipment, apply protective products, and collaborate with service and sales teams to manage workload.

Candidates should have prior detailing experience, strong attention to detail, and physical stamina for the job. A valid driver's license with a clean record is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks; bending, lifting, standing.
• Knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques.
• Guest service orientation and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Detail vehicles thoroughly, including exterior wash, polish, and interior cleaning.
• Inspect vehicles for damage or issues and report findings.
• Ensure vehicles meet Bergstrom standards before return.
• Maintain and clean detailing equipment; keep work area safe.
• Apply protective coatings and conditioning products as needed.
• Coordinate with service and sales teams to prioritize workload.
