Teph Seal Auto Appearance in Gainesville, FL seeks Detail Specialist candidates to drive and detail vehicles with high quality standards. You will wash, wax, vacuum, and protect surfaces while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work with a team, and flexibility to cover weekends and holidays. We offer a flat-rate compensation structure and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Desire to treat each customer’s vehicle with care and respect.
• Punctuality and focus while on task.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as production needs.

Responsibilities

• Wash exteriors using cleaning solutions; may wax and buff vehicles.
• Vacuum interior and clean upholstery; remove dirt and debris.
• Dry surfaces with air compressors and cloths; apply protection chemicals.
• May apply dyes or waxes to protect leather or fabric surfaces.
• May clean engines or engine compartments; perform additional duties as assigned.
