Job summary

Teph Seal Auto Appearance is seeking Detail Specialist 1 or 2 to join our team in a fast-paced shop environment. The role focuses on vehicle detailing, washing, waxing, and preserving vehicle exteriors and interiors with a high standard of customer service.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license, be able to learn quickly, and work well in a team. Flexible to work weekends in a drug-free workplace with competitive benefits outlined in the ad.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays when production needs.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Commitment to arrive on time and stay on task.

Responsibilities

• Wash the exterior of vehicles using cleaning solutions; may wax/buff as needed.
• Vacuum interior and clean upholstery; remove dirt and debris.
• Dry surfaces with cloths or buffing machines; apply preservation chemicals.
• Identify and address small imperfections; ensure high quality service.
• Follow safety and OSHA guidelines; maintain cleanliness of work area.
