Teph Seal Auto Appearance seeks Detail Specialist 1 or 2 in Peoria, AZ. The role focuses on high-quality vehicle detailing in a fast-paced, flat-rate shop environment.

Responsibilities include exterior washing, waxing, interior vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and applying protection chemicals. Must work well in a team, follow instructions, and maintain timely, courteous service for customers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Punctual and dependable; on-time attendance.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as production needs.

Responsibilities

• Washes exterior of vehicles using cleaning solutions.
• Waxing and buffing vehicles with cloths and buffing machines.
• Vacuum interior and clean upholstery and surfaces.
• Use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces; apply preservation chemicals.
• Identify and address spots, streaks, and imperfections to ensure quality.
• Maintain a sense of urgency and teamwork to meet customer needs.
