Job summary

Suburban Automotive Service is seeking a Porter in Pontiac, MI to wash, detail, and stage vehicles and assist with various day-to-day tasks. You will transport vehicles, install plates, fuel as needed, and help keep the yard organized while ensuring readiness for delivery.

The role runs Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a starting pay rate of $18 per hour. We value a safe, reliable team member who follows our DRIVEN values and strives for excellence.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Applicant must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Wash, detail, and stage vehicles.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support day-to-day operations.
• Transport vehicles to auction lots as needed.
• Install license plates on vehicles.
• Fuel vehicles when required.
• Sweep yard and organize cars for efficient workflow.
• Perform final inspection to ensure vehicle readiness for delivery.
