McGrath Lexus of Westmont, a family-owned dealership, is seeking an EXPERIENCED Auto Dealership Accounting/Payroll Clerk to handle payroll, accounting, and HR tasks for Westmont locations. Experience in auto dealership accounting/payroll is required.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Auto dealership accounting/payroll experience
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel
• Meticulous, organized, reliable, and maintains confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Experienced Auto Dealership Accounting/Payroll clerk needed to perform auto dealership payroll, accounting, and HR functions
• Calculate and process full cycle payrolls including tracking, answer payroll questions, and solve problems
• Review payroll information for accuracy
• Update payroll records
• Meticulous record keeping once payrolls are processed
• Compile data and prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, 401k contributions, etc.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies as they arise
• Process wage garnishments
• Process benefit enrollments for eligible employees
• Process background checks and employment verifications
• Assist with other payroll and accounting tasks as needed
