• Receive training and perform duties across office, service, collections, sales, and inventory.
• Learn lot-level staff functions and company policies.
• Set and monitor performance goals with upper management.
• Collaborate with Associates to learn departmental methods.
• Assist with cross-department training and transfers.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities per policy and law.
• Provide information on benefits options to employees.
• Pursue career advancement opportunities.
