Job summary

GEICO is seeking an Experienced Auto Damage Adjuster to join our team in South Dallas / FTW Dallas, DeSoto, Waxahachie, Mansfield, TX. The role requires at least 12 months of Auto Damage experience and an active Adjuster license.

You will assess and settle complex auto damage claims with accuracy and excellent customer service. Compensation includes an hourly rate of $34.60–$44.01 and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for licensed candidates.

Qualifications

• Must hold Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster/Appraiser's License.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet state/federal certifications.
• Willingness to work remote/field/in-office as needed.
• Strong computer and mechanical aptitude; able to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; willing to improve.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
