Gerber Collision & Glass in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Porter to support vehicle repairs by pre-washing and maintaining the cleanliness of customer vehicles, shop and office spaces. You will follow the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan to ensure quality and efficiency on each job.

The role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with strong attention to detail. Compensation ranges from $15–$18 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
  • Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
  • Transport of customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
  • Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning the floors, and dusting the countertops and work area.
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
