Levander's Body Shop of Omaha, NE

Is seeking to hire a full-time Auto Collision Parts Coordinator at the Omaha, Nebraska location. Hours are 8:00am-5:30 pm Monday-Friday. Levander's is a fast growing collision repair shop and we are looking for someone who is eager and willing to be a team player. We offer a respectful and enjoyable work environment, great compensation and generous benefits.This position is responsible for managing inventory, ordering, and coordinating parts for repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a background in parts management, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Duties:

  • Clean, wash, both interior and exterior.
  • Maintain detailing equipment and supplies.
  • Assist in general shop upkeep to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
  • Order, receive, and track auto parts inventory.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and organization of parts.
  • Work with service technicians and vendors to ensure timely part availability.
  • Process returns and exchanges for defective parts.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand, bend, and work on vehicles for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and move automotive parts as needed.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and orders.
  • Valid driver's license

Salary:
