Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in automotive collision repair.
• Proficiency in sales, estimating, blueprinting, and customer service.
• I-Car training preferred.
• Knowledge of CCC ONE estimating system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full estimates and repair process after teardown, ensuring quality repairs.
• Communicate detailed repair plans to Body Technicians and staff.
• Ensure compliance with BAR/DRP procedures and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Provide post-repair plan communication and status updates to customers.
• Deliver completed vehicles to customers.
