Qualifications

• Licenses in NY/TX/FL or domiciled state, with continuing education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Investigate coverage and liability issues for auto claims.
• Evaluate settlement values and document reserves from inception to closure.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and coordinate with vendors or attorneys.
