Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in auto claims adjuster role or CA personal injury law
• Solid knowledge of California insurance laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to type at least 50 words per minute
• Excellent time management, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Able to work in large teams and navigate a paperless environment
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools

Responsibilities

• Investigate auto property damage claims by reviewing police reports, statements, and damage assessments
• Evaluate claims to determine fair settlements considering policy coverage and damages
• Maintain detailed records of claims, investigations, and settlements
• Communicate effectively with customers, agents, and stakeholders throughout the process
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to minimize risk
• Collaborate with adjusters, supervisors, and staff to resolve complex claims efficiently
