Qualifications

• Customer-facing claims experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs.
• Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask across platforms.
