As an Associate Auto Claims Advisor, your responsibilities include handling non-injury claims, verifying and explaining coverages, conducting liability investigations, advising customers of liability decisions, setting expectations about the claims process, obtaining police reports and witness statements, reaching out to other adjusters, and keeping the member informed of the claim status.
