Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Sales Specialist to help customers keep their vehicles running safely while building a long‑term career. The role emphasizes hands‑on training, mentorship, and growth across our retail network.

You will start with strong customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork, with a clear path for development and leadership opportunities within 2,200 locations nationwide. The pay range is $16.80–$25.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
• Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.
• Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.
• Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.
• Support store leadership and participate as Manager‑on‑Duty when appropriate.
