Walmart is hiring for Auto Care Center roles at Walmart Supercenter #1472 in Hastings, MN. These full-time positions focus on customer service and vehicle care, with shifts including Mid-Shift and Closing.

The hourly wage ranges from $20 to $33 per hour, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding Minnesota's minimum wage. In addition to base pay, associates may receive performance incentives and a range of benefits, such as health, vision and dental coverage, a 401(k) and other programs.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
