Qualifications

• 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Attestation of required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area.
• Receives and stocks merchandise, ensures pricing, signing, in-stock levels and inventory management.
• Provides customer service, assists with purchasing decisions and resolves issues.
• Coordinates with technicians, ensures training and certification on service procedures.
• Maintains Auto Care Center and service area cleanliness and displays; ensures safety compliance.
• Oversees environmental disposal requirements and adherence to OSHA guidelines.
