Job summary

Hide and Seek Recovery is seeking a dedicated Automotive Locksmith Technician to join our team in Duncanville, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of locksmithing experience, be detail-oriented, and possess a valid Texas Driver’s license.

This role involves maintaining equipment, accurately submitting work orders, and cutting/programming vehicle keys in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will enjoy a weekly pay of $1,000 plus commission per key cut. Join us to grow with the company!

Qualifications

• At least 25 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Locksmithing.
• Valid Texas Driver’s license without a suspension.
• Able to pass a clean background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Customer and Company policies.
• Maintain equipment and inventory in the company vehicle.
• Accurately submit invoices and work orders in a timely manner.
• Cut and program new vehicle keys using Lishi's.

Skills

Knowledge of automotive electrical systems

Key duplication and transponder programming

Ignition removal experience

Excellent communication skills

Comfortable using various technologies

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Tools

Smartphone with a good quality camera

Lishi tools for decoding locks
