• Communicate contracting and funding requirements clearly and professionally to dealers.
• Apply established procedures, credit decisions, program guidelines, and system validations during processing.
• Use funding tools and systems to research discrepancies and drive resolution prior to booking.
• Balance inbound dealer calls with assigned production work while meeting service level, productivity, and quality expectations.
• Identify and escrow unusual, complex, or higher-risk transactions using defined escalation paths.
• Document actions taken and outcomes reached to maintain accurate records across the funding process.

As a Senior Specialist in Auto Finance Booking and Funding, you review and process retail and lease applications to confirm contracts meet credit decisions, program requirements, documentation standards, and funding validations prior to booking. You will also support dealership partners by phone, answering funding questions, clarifying requirements, and resolving issues that could prevent a deal from moving forward. You will help us deliver strong customer and dealer outcomes by maintaining high accuracy and consistent controls while meeting service level expectations. We work as a team, and you will partner with leaders and supporting teams to resolve issues and reduce downstream impacts.
