Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a skilled auto body technician at our Kennesaw, GA center. You will blueprint and execute repairs, handle full collision repair, and restore panels and structures to factory specs. A team-first attitude and a commitment to safety and quality are essential.

You will work with experienced colleagues using modern equipment, with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive benefits. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mindset: blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail to ensure quality welds, bolts, and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
