Job summary

Caliber's Winston-Salem service center seeks skilled auto body technicians to turn wrecks into road-ready rides. If you have at least two years of collision repair experience and frame straightening know-how, you could thrive here.

We offer competitive pay up to $27/hour, weekly pay, training through I-CAR and ASE certifications, PTO, benefits, and a teamwork-focused environment that puts safety and quality first.

Responsibilities

  • Blueprint and execute repairs with precision
  • Perform full collision repair from minor to major
  • Handle panel and structural work to factory specs
  • Ensure quality reassembly and fit finishes
  • Work as a team to move vehicles through the shop
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
