Abra Auto Glass l Minnesota & Western Wisconsin in Elk River, MN is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician Trainer to join our family-owned shop. You will train and mentor technicians, share collision-repair expertise, and help raise the level of workmanship across the team.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of auto body, collision-repair, or related automotive experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of collision-repair processes, tools, equipment, and safety requirements.
• Previous experience training, mentoring, supervising, or coaching employees preferred.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to individuals with different levels of experience.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide respectful, practical, and constructive feedback.
• I-CAR, ASE, welding, OEM, or other applicable certifications are preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
