Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience repairing damaged vehicles.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square bent frames.
• No-shortcuts mentality with attention to detail in welds and bolts.
• Team-oriented approach working with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major structural work.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Conduct quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with teammates to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
