You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, align chassis, replace parts, apply finishes, and inspect work to meet KPIs. This role offers $26-$30 per hour with flat‑rate compensation, benefits, and potential bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Execute the WOW plan consistently to ensure quality repair.
• Plan repair work and prepare estimates for customers.
• Repair vehicle sections using cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to fix structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts, and repaint with factory or equivalent finishes.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines.
• Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
