Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from assessment to reassembly.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly; finish with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
