Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking skilled auto body technicians at our Montgomery service center. You will perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame work, using precision blueprinting and quality assembly techniques.

A strong eye for detail and the ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff are essential. Two years of collision repair experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural knowledge: able to pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail and quality workmanship.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-focused; works with painters, estimators and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair, from minor to major.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with team to move vehicles through shop.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness at the work location.
