• 2-3 years of collision repair experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist collision estimators in assessing damage and preparing a repair plan.
• Ensure all needed repairs are identified to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedures following work orders for all operations listed.
• Remove upholstery and parts to access damaged area; store parts to prevent damage.
• Mend damaged body parts, fit replacements, and reassemble after painting.
• Operate hand and power tools; welders, torches, grinders, and spray guns.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned; comply with SOPs and safety guidelines.
