Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2-3 years’ collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist collision estimators in assessing damage and plan repairs.
• Identify repairs to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedures following the work order.
• Remove upholstery and access damaged areas; store parts to prevent damage.
• Mend damaged body parts, welds and replace panels; ensure manufacturer standards.
• Operate hand and power tools and test drive repaired vehicles for safety.
