DARCARS Collision Center of Baltimore is seeking an Auto Body Technician / Mechanic to join our team. You will repair damaged vehicle bodies and components per manufacturer specifications and time standards, with a focus on high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or collision repair experience preferred.
• CSI and quality scores above regional average preferred.
• Ability to perform vehicle repair and maintenance services efficiently.
• Team-oriented with the ability to handle repetitive and complex tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform work detailed on vehicle repair orders per manufacturer standards.
• De-trim, disassemble, and repair vehicles with precision and speed.
• Maintain and source parts and materials as needed.
• Meet or exceed the Collision Center’s productivity requirements.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Ensure compliance with regulations affecting body shop operations.

• Perform work detailed on vehicle repair orders in accordance with manufacturer standards
• De-trim, disassemble, and repair vehicles with urgency and strong attention to detail
• Maintain and assist with identifying and sourcing parts and materials
• Meet or exceed the Collision Center’s productivity requirements
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working conditions
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations affecting body shop operations (including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know)
