Crash Champions is seeking skilled automotive repair professionals to inspect damaged vehicles, plan efficient repair strategies, and oversee parts of the repair flow from start to finish. You will work with teammates to keep repairs on schedule and ensure quality outcomes.

The role involves direct mechanical work, adherence to safety standards, and potential supervision of apprentices. Compensation includes a broad pay range with incentives and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to use frame machine.
• I-CAR welding certified.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with team.
• Performs quality repairs with on-time focus.
• Decides on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, cycle time.
• Gains access to vehicle by removing upholstery and trim.
• Attends safety meetings.
• Prepares surfaces by filing, grinding and sanding.
• Directs an apprentice when needed.
