The role requires 2+ years of hands-on experience, bluep rinting skills, and a strong commitment to quality.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, precise welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs.
• Perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work with precision.
• Ensure quality reassembly; final touches matter.
• Work collaboratively with team to move cars through workflow.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
