Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking an experienced collision repair professional in Colorado Springs. You will disassemble vehicles, identify needed repairs, and help craft a 100% repair plan while minimizing time and costs. You will work with a range of tools and support a high-standard finish through to paint and inspection stages.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• I-CAR/ASE certifications preferred.
• 2–3 years collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Customer-focused attitude and teamwork ability.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble vehicles to assist estimators in creating a 100% repair plan.
• Identify repairs to minimize supplements and shorten repair time.
• Plan work procedures following the work order.
• Remove upholstery and components to access damaged areas; store parts properly.
• repair body panels by hammering, filling, welding and reassembling after painting.
• Operate hand and power tools (welder, cutters, grinders, etc.).
• Finish surfaces and prepare for paint department.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality.
