Town and Country Ford is seeking an Auto Body Repair Person to join our service team in Charlotte. The role performs repair work per repair orders, diagnoses malfunctions, and ensures parts are obtained promptly for efficient turnaround.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of automotive experience, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to pass pre-employment checks including MVR and drug testing.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years automotive experience required.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
• Commitment to safety and proper work procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunction and perform the needed repair.
• Communicate with Parts Department to obtain required parts.
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Advise Body Shop Manager if additional work is needed.
• Document all work performed as soon as the job is completed.
