Job summary

Classic Collision Lynnwood Repair Center in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a skilled collision repair technician to join our team. The role offers a flat-rate hourly pay of $28-$32 and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company that values safety, quality, integrity, and heart in every repair.

You will disassemble, assess, and repair damaged vehicles, plan work, operate a range of hand and power tools, and ensure workmanship meets industry standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Successful completion of background check required.
• Integrity, customer service, innovation and teamwork are valued.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist collision estimators in assessing damage and prepare a 100% Repair Plan.
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedure by following the work order for all operations.
• Remove upholstery and components to access damaged areas; organize parts.
• Mend damaged body by hammering, filling, welding and aligning parts to industry standards.
• Operate hand and power tools including welder, torches, hammers and spray guns.
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before returning vehicle to Paint Dept.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality compliance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned; follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
