Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a nationwide commission/flag pay structure with a posted range of $65,000 to $169,740 per year, reflecting experience and location.

Qualifications

Certification in body repair preferred and frame machine experience.
Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer required.
I-CAR welding certification is required or preferred.
Ability to supervise repair personnel and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

Inspect damaged vehicles and plan repair process.
Coordinate with team on repair status and workflow.
Perform quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
Decide repair vs. replacement based on safety, cost, cycle time.
Assist in removing components to access areas.
Attend safety meetings.
Direct apprentice and explain procedures.
