Caliber Collision’s Flowood Service Center is seeking skilled collision technicians. You will perform full collision repairs, from frame work to panel refinishing, while collaborating with estimators and painters to deliver safe, high-quality results. Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision—no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from dings to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
