The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, frame and structural know-how, and a commitment to precise, blueprint-driven repairs with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Ability to pull, straighten, and square frames to factory specs.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
