Caliber’s Gainesville service center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You’ll work on full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using precise blueprinting and expert panel work.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; able to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds and finish.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; final touches and fit matter.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Keep work area clean and safe at all times.
