Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how, able to pull, straighten and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail with tightened bolts and welds.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute: clean, precise repairs with no shortcuts.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to return parts to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; final touches matter.
• Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area.
