Job summary

Caliber is seeking skilled auto body technicians at our Johns Creek center to restore vehicles after collisions. You will blueprint, measure, and repair to factory specs, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

With at least two years of collision repair experience, frame and structural know-how, and a meticulous eye, you’ll fit into a team-focused shop. Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required; we offer growth and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair know-how to pull, straighten and square components.
• Blueprint and repair with attention to detail, no shortcuts.
• Meticulous attention to bolts, welds and reassembly quality.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented collaboration with painters, estimators, and front desk staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specifications.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Repair panel and structural components as needed.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively to move vehicles efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
