Caliber is hiring for a collision repair technician at the Macedon service center. You will blueprint and execute complex repairs, perform full collision work from frame to finish, and ensure factory-spec restoration with precise assembly.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tighten bolts, welds, and quality finish.
• Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork.
• Full collision repair from minor to major frame work.
• Panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; final touches matter.
• Work as a team to move vehicles through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
