Responsibilities

1. Examine damaged vehicles and efficiently plan the repair process.
2. Communicate with team members regarding vehicle repair status.
3. Perform quality repairs while adhering to on-time completion goals.
4. Decide on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
5. Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic components, and trim to access vehicle parts.
6. Participate in all required safety meetings.
7. File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using appropriate tools.
8. Supervise and direct the work of apprentices or repair personnel when needed, providing guidance and explaining procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a frame machine.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must pass a thorough background check.

This role is paid on a commission/flat rate structure, with guaranteed minimum wages meeting local requirements. The listed compensation range reflects typical full-time earnings for this position.
