The successful candidate will have experience with frame machines and preferred certifications in body repairs and welding. This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $158,400 per year, alongside benefits such as medical and dental insurance, a retirement plan with matching, and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• Ability to use frame machine.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer.
• I-CAR welding certified.
• Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must be able to pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicle and efficiently plan repair process.
• Work and communicate with others on vehicle repair status.
• Perform quality repairs while keeping on-time status in mind.
• Make decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Remove upholstery, accessories, and trim to gain access to vehicle.
• Participate in all required safety meetings.
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using tools.
• Direct an apprentice when needed.
