Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training or apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition as a primary responsibility.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while delivering speed, quality and customer service with the team.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Ensure work aligns with KPIs and brand standards.
• Perform welding, painting, and part replacement as needed.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect finished vehicles.
