Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ Years Auto Body Experience - Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Experience Preferred: Hands-on experience with paint correction techniques and ceramic coating applications strongly preferred
• Customer Excellence Focus – Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to exceed client expectations
• Exceptional Work Ethic – Consistently dependable, punctual, and maintains professional standards
