Qualifications

• Auto body repair experience is preferred.
• HS Diploma or GED; Auto Body Vo-Tech certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others.

Responsibilities

• Learn every aspect of auto body repair from disassembly to refinish.
• Mentored by highly trained, I-CAR certified technicians.
• After a 12–16-month period, members will be evaluated and considered for full time employment.
• Starter kit of tools worth $2,000 to use during the apprenticeship.
• Hourly pay starting at a competitive rate and varying with experience.
• All other duties assigned.
