McCluskey Chevrolet is seeking a motivated Body Shop Technician Apprentice to join the collision repair team at our Cincinnati location. This entry-level role offers hands-on training under experienced technicians to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition while learning industry-standard techniques and safety practices.

You will assist with disassembly/reassembly, dent/scratch repair, and documentation, while actively participating in training sessions and earning certifications as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or expected.
• Enrollment in or completion of automotive/collision repair program preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in disassembling and reassembling vehicle components for repair.
• Support technicians in repairing dents, scratches, and structural damage.
• Learn to use tools and equipment such as welders, sanders, and paint sprayers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
