DARCARS Collision Center Rockville is hiring an Auto Body Technician/Mechanic to repair damaged vehicle bodies and components to manufacturer standards. The role emphasizes high-quality workmanship and long-term career growth within the automotive collision repair industry.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or collision repair experience is preferred.
• CSI and quality scores above the regional average are preferred.
• Ability to perform vehicle repair and maintenance services efficiently.
• Team-oriented with the ability to handle repetitive and complex tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background check).

Responsibilities

• Perform work as detailed on vehicle repair orders in accordance with manufacturer standards.
• De-trim, disassemble, and repair vehicles with urgency and attention to detail.
• Maintain and source parts and materials as needed.
• Meet or exceed the Collision Center’s productivity requirements.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations affecting body shop operations.
